20191103a- Midterm Results and Term Syndicate Assignments

I have been told I need to speak in the first person as I was informed by both Mitchell Ross and from my Social Responsibility and Ethics feedback. In this video I give a debrief of my work week attending the Kinaway Local Buy Trade Fair organised by my colleague Lee-Ann. The day was a great success! I then attended the Indigenous Business Month awards night where I caught up with fellow Murra Alumni Mitchell Ross and Krystal Kinsella. The Awards night is part of the growing development of the Indigenous Business Month events that take place to celebrate Indigenous businesses.

I give an update on my social life of both finding somewhere to move and also dating. I also provide a recap of the great achievement by my Managing People syndicate in achieving a mark of 9.75 for our presentation. Well done to George, Priscilla, Fay and Pauline for our team effort! I also received my result for the Data Analysis midterm exam which I achieved 54/100. While I passed on result, this was the scaled result where the mean was 75, so I didn’t actually do well on the raw result. So a mixed result for mideterms.

We now start preparing for our term Syndicate assignments. Our Managing People will continue as the same team. My Data Analysis Syndicate team will continue with my former Leadership team of Prabhat, Nick, Sam, Aju while being joined by Stef. I received my feedback for Social Responsibility and Ethics which I assumed I have passed but need to confirm that I actually did (hint: I saved myself 3 days and some many dollars next year!)

I’m now strategically balancing my study and work with final exams coming up, as well as my life with finding a place to live which is last priority with AirBNB my fallback to get me to the other side of exams.
